Eight weeks into enjoying Brown Box Meals, I dropped 43 pounds. Yes, my intention was to be more mindful of not stopping at that all-too-convenient drive-through and to be more mindful of viewing food as nutrition, medicine, and a huge part of overall well-being. Chef Travis's meals fill the bill in all those areas, not to mention they are absolutely delicious and an incredible value. Y'just can't get this kind of stuff (part of "stuff" being defined as the honest care that Travis puts into what he does professionally) through your own dealings of the frustrations that accompany a trip to the grocery store, at the fast-food restaurant or through other home delivery services that, IMHO, are inexcusably overpriced. I would urge anybody who's even slightly curious to give Brown Box Meals a try. I strongly suspect there'll be no regrets.
I'm the first to admit that I'm a picky eater. Poor Chef Travis - he had no idea what was coming when we first sat down to talk about my expectations of Brown Box Meals. I can now say with 100% confidence that Brown Box Meals has exceeded my expectations. I truly look forward to seeing what's next on the menu, and I'm excited when it's time to place my order. Like Rusty (who writes above), I've dropped a few pounds as well. It's nice to have to go out and buy a new belt!
Well, I have to admit that I love my Brown Box Meals. Not only do I not have to cook, I don't have to go to the grocery store, I don't have to fill my body full of artery-clogging fast food, and I don't have to think about the weight that seems to just be coming off on its own, plus I just feel better. I don't know that Chef Travis sets out to make weight-conscious food, but whatever he does, it's working for me. The meals are all delicious, and he's even opened my mind to eating some things that I would never have considered before Brown Box Meals.
